In this training leaders will be able to evaluate the impact of effective communication on team outcomes and will learn techniques and tools to potentiate their communicative attitudes in the leadership exercise.

The essence of a good leadership consists on the adequate use of communicative attitudes and skills, capacity to build a synergistic team and ability to bring out the best in each one.
Our approach will promote effective insights for each leader to develop their communicative attitudes in such a way as to conduct difficult conversations and learning dialogues which can be enriching for all the ones involved.
