Acting in a consulting manner with clients is a way to differentiate and render services which really add value to companies. Developing essential skills for this approach is the purpose of this training. Professionals will learn to recognize and use the consulting behaviors and will sketch a self-development plan to guide them in the process of achieving this approach.
